Flexible CNC machining units equipped and arranged to suit the application, the TREVI-FLEX system addresses the complex machining requirements of smaller parts.
These units feature a fast 1.5 second turret index time for quick tool changing, and 6000 RPM spindles.
Each 3-axis station also has a B-axis table for 360-degree continuous part indexing.
The part is transported from station to station via a rotary pallet changer. |
